What this COVID bill did was reward states who have mismanaged their economies with bailouts and told states with healthy business climates and surpluses that they can't lower taxes.

So blue states were exempt from pandemic related costs that were only incurred by red states. Got it. Maybe if the blue states kept all the money they send to places like Indiana, they would have had more money to fight the pandemic.

So Indiana will not be accepting a single penny from the $5.68 billion it will be getting from the bill? Is it only a bailout when it's not to the ultra rich? Is it only a reward when the state is red? Lower taxes on whom exactly? Buzzwords and lies with no details.

It’s the UNITED States, not the red/blue, strong/weak, rural/urban, rich/poor....UNITED. We’re in this together. Stop trying to punish states that get federal money. UNITED...be a part of it.
