He was a great man. I wish we still had an independent thinking conservative Senator in office today.

Richard Lugar was an example of bipartisanship and respect for colleagues on both sides of the aisle. He should be a model for our current congressional representatives. I hope we return to this standard at some point.

While this is a good gesture, in no way shape or form should this be prioritized in front of Covid relief. The GOP Senate is a disgrace.

How about you properly FUND the postal service in honor of Richard Lugar and Ernie Pyle? To name things you're allowing to be killed after people you respect doesn't seem like that much of a tribute.

Sounds like a great and HONORABLE man. Too bad Indiana's currently Senators are too busy playing partisanship games to actually get anything that is NECESSARY done. Instead, they hypocritically push through their own agendas. What a sad place our state is in.
