Is that going to include Indianapolis? The mayor is a Democrat so I imagine Trump is going to withhold federal support from Indianapolis. As well as Gary, Fort Wayne, Bloomington, South Bend, etc. Will residents of those cities still be obliged to pay federal income taxes?
