My question is why aren't we can/freeze all of the excess food that is being destroyed or dumped right now? Offer work to people to get it done. We have heard the complaint for years from GOP politicians that migrant workers are "taking our jobs." Harvesting is so much fun...

Require processing plants for all kinds of products--beef, pork, poultry, vegetables and fruits--to provide SAFE working conditions for employees in those plants!!!! OSHA requirements SHOULD protect those workers, but are being IGNORED by the Trump Admin and plant owners.
