The president held back money designated for Ukraine. He does not have the authority to do so. There is undisputed proof of this. It is abuse of power, since Congress is the body of government that controls the money, not the president.

Their “weak case” was enough to impeach. Just think what kind of a case they might have if Trump had allowed people to testify and documents to be produced.
