The President used his power in direct violation of the oath of the office to enlist another country to interfere with the 2020 election. That is in direct violation of the oath. Simple. You can't do that.

Even if he didn't know he couldn't that. Even if the circus around him didn't know the limits to the office. What he did, or asked others to do, lean on, or twist peoples arms to help is not Presidential.
