The fight against ISIS goes back to at least 2014. To suggest that captain bone spurs is the reason the threat from ISIS has diminished is an insult to those who actually did the fighting.

Great, except Trump's abandonment of the Kurds and haphazard Syrian withdrawal that let key ISIS detainees go free will make 100 more Baghdadis, just like short sighted policy created Osama Bin Laden, Sadam Hussein, modern Iran and yes, created Baghdadi in the first place.
