You want a clean, safe environment but you aren't willing to pay for it. Gotcha. Here's an idea. Don't give big tax cuts to rich people and corporations. Better environment. No trillions in debt. Win. Win.

senator, could you please reconcile this statement with the fact that you voted for unfunded tax cuts? and how you can possible say this with a straight face given the current deficit of a republican admin?

So to be clear: Tax cut that adds $1.5 trillion to the deficit, whose proceeds go overwhelmingly to corporations and millionaires like yourself: great. Spending money to ensure that the planet is habitable and healthy for future generations: naw, we can't afford that. Got it.
