Red flag laws are a very slippery slope. Those who report you on Facebook and Twitter are the same people who will disagree with you and report you to s liberal judge.

Replying to Sen Braun: You are wrong about who is putting the 2nd Amendment at peril. It is not people using guns. It is the people who willingly lie to us every day and who are determined get rid of it. I'll ask again, if it is illegal to have a gun, then who will have them?

Braun issued another statement in which he expressed support for expanded background checks and red flag laws. It’s a start. He deserves some credit for that.
