China's economy is a little over 1/2 our size.
They export 4x as much to us as we do to them.
They have the potential to be 2 or 3 times our size someday soon.

1. 2/3 of US $ exist outside of the US 2. China owns more USD than any other 3. China keeps them out of circulation to drive the value of USD up 4. A Chinese sell off of USD will greatly reduce the buying power of the dollar. 5. Basically the same as printing more dollars.
