The Dems are not against border security, they are against a wall that is not feasible because of cost, terrain and the environmental problems it would cause. Border security has even said they need tech and people, not walls. Quit blaming others, this is on you and Mitch.

@SenToddYoung know that's just a down payment. DHS has the cost at about $20B. Credible structural engineers have pegged it at as high as $50B. I'm all in favor of technology and agents. Great idea for congress to not get paid during a government shutdown. Now ignore the potus and work among yourselves to pass a budget acceptable to both parties and have a veto proof bill.
