SCOTUS took issue with the subjective, unjust, unconstitutional nature of “may issue” permit restrictions. Not with permits to carry

Objective rather than subjective rules that most other states use indangers no one.
NY can no longer ignore the 2nd, 4th, 5th, and 14th amendments.
