Rather than criticize the AG for not doing his job and enforcing the law, why not do yours and introduce legislation that legalizes pot and places it under the auspices of ATF so that states are free to regulate as they see fit? The quasi-legal status is the true source of chaos.

I believe that has been proposed a few times already with zero results. By “zero” I mean the republican led congress refused to even address it. They’re too busy partying with their Koch Bro’s money, celebrating how they’ve just screwed the country for their own profit.
