This radical court is attempting to overturn Roe v. Wade after it has been enshrined in our law for nearly 50 years.
It's a tragedy.
We have to make this fundamental constitutional right the permanent law of the land.

You had 50 years to do it. Body autonomy should be the right of every person, but we've known forever that Roe was bad legal reasoning. You guys sat on your hands for half a century.

No.
Bad laws like Roe v Wade need to be overturned like Plessy v Ferguson.
The people and their elected representatives must be able to vote and decide the laws. Law must not come from the court as it did in Roe.

Not in the form I’ve seen. Come to the middle, where most Americans actually are.

Thank you Senator Bennet. I'm hoping you will fight to end this nonsense and ensure women's rights through legislation.

Why aren't you calling for a Congressional investigation into who leaked the draft? Also abortion is not a Constitutional right. With the democrats opinion on abortions it should be allowed all the way up until birth. Roe v Wade it was exposed to be safe, legal, and rare.

Tell me about how you (and your colleagues) have a plan to expand the court. Then tell me how you have a plan to amend the constitution for make this a reality. Without that, any law you pass just gets deemed 'unconstitutional'. What's the plan?!

how is this a fundamental constitutional right? not even roe claims it’s fundamental - it was in “penumbra” of other rights.
