The local law enforcement I have talked to in Wisconsin have made it clear that we can’t arrest and incarcerate our way out of this epidemic. The opioid epidemic is a public health issue and we need to stay focused on addressing it as a public health crisis.

That’s ridiculous. I work full time and my kids are anti-drug. Never had any issues academically or otherwise and are well adjusted.
