Wisconsin workers need a strong consumer protection advocate at @CFPB. That is why I joined 43 Senators in urging President Trump to nominate someone who will put working families ahead of Wall Street. https://www.baldwin.senate.gov/press-releases/senator-baldwin-calls-for-strong-cfpb-advocate …

You make me wonder, why do workers need consumer protection? Workers do not need worker protection and consumers do not need consumer protection. Certainly, workers do not need consumer protection. #tyranttammy #TossOutTammy #TammyBaldwin #maga https://twitter.com/JohnGaltQuip/status/938128287183855617/photo/1pic.twitter.com/MvN1dKWWzq pic.twitter.com/88gs7GAMR3

Because the working class tends to buy a lot of things but doesn't necessarily have the ability to fight in court of law.

If it's a class, you'd bring a class action. Lawyers lend money for cases with merit. Again, why does government and #tyranttammy want authority to destroy businesses to help workers?

How can you bring a class action lawsuit in individual consumer cases?

If the class needs protection, the group of individuals have been harmed. First, you call an attorney. Then you find a representative for the case. Then you bring and certify the case. It's actually very effective. There's no need to empower government to bring actions for anyone

Wisconsin needs protection from tyrannical and criminal Democrat politicians, not consumer protections. #tyranttammy #draintheswamppic.twitter.com/Zgp9EVwzYs

Senator, the CFPB is unconstitutional as you well know. Also, it is nothing but a instrument of graft. You should be leading the charge to dissolve this bureaucracy
