This is so bad. We have just gotten list of amendments to be included in bill NOT from our R colleagues, but from lobbyists downtown. None of us have seen this list, but lobbyists have it.   Yes and after that late night scramble for amendments written by lobbyists one thing that hasn't changed is the coprorate tax cut that is still a 50% cut. The bill deserves examination, debate and a score by BOTH parties.

  Blackstone, Carlyle, KKR, Apollo just got their own little loophole in the tax bill. Cornyn amendment 1715 (to be included in manager's amendment). PTP income, but not other financial services income, gets 23% passthrough deduction.
