3/ All Americans also deserve a strong commitment from our AG to act on violence borne out of hatred.

4/ We need an AG who will stay true to constitutional freedoms – from voting rights to a woman's personal health decisions.

5/ For these reasons, after meeting with Senator Sessions, I cannot support his confirmation to be our next Attorney General.
