  Re-investigate Sandy Hook. Look into the 9:46:54 gunshot that can be heard in Thorne's call. And ask if that gunshot had anything to do w/why it took officers nearly 10 minutes to say anything about the 24 victims they were staring at. Start with Officer William Chapman.
