I'm sure this will be lining the pockets of big pharmaceutical companies. Every time a politician promises to lower the cost of a commodity, subsidies line the pockets of billionaires. All on the public dime. I guarantee Baldwin and Evers got big fat campaign donations for this

We should have had this implemented when Obama care hit the market, but that didn't happen! It's bad enough when I've paid into a system that was supposed to look out for the working class. Instead I pay, keep paying, pay more, and get less service.
