  USFWS “...to conserve, restore and enhance fish and other aquatic resources for the continuing benefit of the American people”. Lake Michigan perch, smelt and chub fisheries are so depleted, extinction is possible & the USFWS hasn’t acted in over 20 years to fix it. Why?
