You could ask EPA why it never implemented the CWA, by ignoring N-waste (urine) in sewage. It now claims that Congress specifically intended not to treat this waste under the CWA, while it robs oxygen and is a fertilizer for algae. Easy to find out if true!pic.twitter.com/IKqJvYunu0
