  I've been begging DHS to stop ongoing fraud for 3+ years. All 3 Medicaid Directors refuse to acknowledge I was pranked even when provided recordings. Disallowed; -Ombuds complaint (Nirobe/Carrie) -Albuterol, colonoscopy, mental health care, facial infestation Tx, flu shots, etc
