In 2016, I conveyed to the DHSWI Medicaid Director audio of a Dermatologist; 1) suggesting colon cancer 2) requesting my PCP info 3) requesting labs It was a prank. No complaint was allowed by DHS, DSPS, OIG OCI. DHS has also allowed my AHCA HMO to disallow care (more fraud).
