  I've not heard back from Eric since July 10 (Madison office) RE submitting a complaint of Medicaid fraud & misconduct that occurred > 3 years ago. Is there a federal whistleblower # I can call? Apr '16 I was told "colon cancer", then, "it's not colon cancer- you have yeast"

  Cara (Senator Risser's office) has not heard back yet from her DHS Liason contact from a week ago. I've also had no success being provided a whistleblower # to report the Medicaid AHCA fraud from April 2016 (pretend diagnoses and billing of services not actually provided). T-Y
