It's from years of Walker neglect. Our roads are awful, having traveled all over the Country for work I can say that as a first hand witness. We need to lay fiber-optic cables and fix our roads if we expect our state to stay with the future of industry and fix our economy.
Wisconsin has been hit hard by severe weather that has damaged roads, highways & bridges. We must empower states to rebuild infrastructure to withstand the next storm. Legalization of marijuana would bring in millions for those projects. Next election will be telling. I for one will not vote for any politician that does not want legalization

States should have five - ten year plans in place just like some responsible communities to replace infrastructure and streets and roadways. Must not have that talent at state level?
