I just turned 56, never screened for colon cancer & my Medicaid BadgerCare+ HMO won't allow a colonoscopy or Cologuard in lieu of that since Nov 2018 appeal. Mental care/meds still being prevented. Asthma puffer, doctor ordered labs, Ombuds contact, flu shots, DHS complaint....
