Can we look at simplifying the tax code, building it from scratch? We have an entire non-value added industry based on a very complex tax code. Let’s come up with a simple, fair code that doesn’t need loop holes or a ridiculous amount of deductions.

We do this by targeting their boss? How does that make sense? They aren't going to spend less to make up for the extra money spent on taxes, they are going to get rid of a couple employees to make up for it.
