Climate change is real
Human activity causes climate change
Congress needs to take bold and urgent action to address climate change.
Why?

The science says CO2 is 0.2 Joules of energy in a cubic metre of air at 59 degrees. CO2 peak energy 30 Joules at 50-70km in the middle atmosphere absorbing solar energy and radiating out to space instantaneously falling to 5 Joules. That's the science, your language is political.
Quick one for ya. What caused 5 billion years worth of climate change before there were humans and "human activity?". Would appreciate a "scientific" answer.
If only a single tweet could answer you. Environmental science is a whole area of science which cannot be simplified into 280 characters. But there are classes out there. 
A) Climate has ALWAYS changed! (silly to say "real") B) No EMPIRICAL evidence human CO2 is affecting temperature - warming could be completely natural C) More CO2 is greening the entire planet and providing more food - why screw with THAT and make everything very expensive?
