You think Obama would ever take credit for this unprecedented inflation due to his Federal Reserve’s Quantitative Easing. What a huge blunder it has been. And talk about stagnant wages; QE, sure as 
after taco Tuesday, didn’t help.
I mean, since the federal reserve is independent of the executive branch (aside from appointing the Fed Chair), there’s really no reason for a president to ever “take responsibility” for what the Fed does unless they explicitly endorse it.
