We, the People of Wisconsin knew this was a sham - taxpayer-wise and environmentally, but we were POWERLESS to do anything about it because Wisconsin is a near totalitarian state run by oligarchs. Where is Democracy???

How about those homeowners that saw their land be taken from them? Also the president of the Mount Prospect village who looked the other way due to his friendship with Walker while his town was pillaged and now ruined financially?

I don't know how you force a company that clearly isn't as interested as they once proclaimed in WI to keep their promises. This company has a history of over-selling itself (Harrisburg, Pa for one). This was a con. WI should cut them loose & sue to get the money back.
