As a constituent I’d like you to add your name to the list of senators who plan to oppose voting on any bill that isn’t related to ending the government shutdown. I called your office today with the same request. Then when the shutdown ends, vote against Senate bill 1.
For three years President Trump has promised at least 212 times that Mexico would pay for his wall.
He has shut down our government over his failure to keep his promise.
The American people shouldn't pay for this lie.
The #TrumpShutdown is a national crisis. He must end it.

Addendum: today Sen. Baldwin filibustered a bill in conjunction with 40 of her dem colleagues. Thank you Senator Baldwin. This temper tantrum cannot become the way 45 negotiates, or he will never stop.

Quite frankly, you, as with most of the Democrats are pandering for votes with this lack of action at the border. It's a political war with President Trump and you don't give a twit about protection of this country or the costs of illegal immigration.

We waste money, so the direction forward to to waste more money, to answer for wasted money in the past? I can't run my family's budget that way. Companies don't run that way. It makes no sense.
