No, no, no! US dairy overproduction has been fueled by government subsidies for decades. There is insufficient global market to absorb the excess production. The subsidies have to stop so the inefficient producers exit the market and those remaining have a viable business.

The small farms can't compete against the huge market now. When the new trade deal goes into effect that will benefit dairy farmers selling to Canada and Mexico it will benefit them quite a bit.
