This week marks the one year anniversary of our vote in the Senate against Republican health care repeal legislation. I voted against repeal because Wisconsin did not send me to Washington to take away people's health care.

I was branded as a child with the words, ‘pre-existing condition,’ so I am going to continue fighting to make sure that no family has to choose between helping their child get better or going bankrupt.

Please speak until you are hoarse. Employees who transition from temp to regular positions often have a gap until they are eligible...short-term coverage proposed eliminates pre-existing conditions based on med history. Asthma, diabetes, etc. & their meds would be unavailable.
