  Keep government out of a bureaucrtic single pay system: 1. Tort reform, allow insurance companies to sell across state lines, allow associations to group together to buy insurance for their members, etc.

  Obama basically bribed Health Insurance Companies for their support, and gave them massive subsidies to cover their losses in the health insurance market. All Trump did was follow law and not continue what Congress did not authorize, once this agreement expired..
