You're leaving out the legal part. It's Congress that makes the laws. If you're not happy with how the laws are enforced, do your job and change them. Don't champion breaking them, we are a nation of Law. The President swears to uphold the law. He's doing his job, do yours.

Legality is determined by the victor of the struggle for dominance. I somehow doubt that the Native American tribes we still shit all over today see us as rightful citizens over illegal invaders. This is a question of morality, not legality. And you have failed that judgment.
