    Let that sink in. Politics aside, every American should be concerned that Russia interfered in the 2016 election. I urge McConnell to put country over party, and stop blocking bipartisan bills to protect our nation's democratic institutions from future attacks.

    Bittersweet. Just gave my 250th climate speech. We are getting there, but it is such a shame that such evil forces have been so successful in stifling our progress on such a serious problem — with costs to be borne by others for so many decades. Yup, bittersweet.
