    As a proud CUNY alum, I'm with you in this fight all the way. The % of 's budget that comes from tuition has grown from 20% to 50% over the past 3 decades. Enough is enough. Time to stop the tuition hikes/fees, & invest in public higher education.

    NYPD officers earn ~ 40% -50% less than their counterparts in neighboring jurisdictions. They have higher costs of living in the city and face an incredibly difficult work environment. It’s time we pay our police officers what they are deserved.
