Who has a college diploma? Are we talking about people who went to clown college?
I'm pretty sure they are called degrees.
Hundreds of thousands of these Americans have over 120-30 credit hours of college education and no degree. This problem is the fault of universities and colleges in many instances.
Must be election season again. Get peoples’s hopes up.
The least you could do is stop charging interest on payments and apply all interest already paid toward reducing principle owed. Loan debt is one issue. The gov’t making a ton of interest on the loans is the bigger evil🤬
Incomplete answer. They feel they just HAVE to go to a full fledged 4 year college and ignore 2 year community and technical colleges. Their debt, not mine, not taxpayers.

If they couldn’t afford it they shouldn’t have borrowed it.
There are people with no job at all & no prospects to get one who need this money now with their survival being in the balance.
