I fought for a spot on the Senate Ag Committee because ag is the foundation of MN’s economy. All Minnesotans are affected by the Farm Bill. That’s why I’ve launched my Farm Bill Working Group—so I can push MN priorities after hearing from as many experts in our state as possible.

At our 1st meeting, 2 of the big takeaways were that 1) we need flexibility & cooperation in and across existing programs, and 2) commodities, rural development, & nutrition are all important parts of the
