The lack of ISP competition will only hold us back from getting high speed internet to rural communities. The ISPs simply have no incentive to rollout fiber or faster internet, but if we had municipal fiber networks this wouldn't be an issue. Money would stay in the city also.

Being able to raise my family in rural Minnesota is a luxury I could never afford. Being financially forced into the urban life has its advantages, internet access being one. If internet access is that important in the fam rearing, move to the burbs
