        But also gutted the school system to the point that there are 4th graders in onslow county who have literally never learned to use scissors because the school couldn’t afford paper throughout their elementary education.

        Absolutely. However, the state is spending fewer dollars per student than they were prior to the recession. This funding issue that is demonstrative of the @NCGOP choice to invest in corporate interests and not NC kids.
