or maybe fund a serious drug treatment agenda with that $14 billion. i'm tweeting proof of the success a 30-day program that i was fortunate to be able to afford can have. either that or just legalize it all and use the money for a universal disco. i can go either way, tbh.

Drug dollars are NOT taxpayer dollars. Congress has no claim on this money and therefore has no control over its distribution. Criminal proceeds are needed as reimbursement for the cost of fighting crime. Not for pet projects or pork.

Please explain why this is the best use of these funds. Note that “making Trump look good” is not a valid reason. Please include, since 90% of drugs seized are caught at checkpoints, how a wall would improve effectiveness at these checkpoints.
