This administration has repeatedly named nominees and asked questions later. Aren’t members of the Senate currently looking into both Admiral Jackson and Scott Pruitt?

@realDonaldTrump is putting forward nominees without appropriate vetting, and it’s our job to vet. More than ever –with this president - it’s the Senate’s job to advise and consent, not be a rubber stamp on nominees.Show this thread

The fact you said " more than ever with this president " Proves you are the biggest hypocrite ever You have opposed everything since 11/8/16 Quit acting like you are working

Somewhat like R's did in 2008 and beyond, but you likely applauded?

Not even close there big guy. Both sides let many nominations through for Barry Every one has been resisted with this admin by the left
-
Riiiiight... Look at the track record, more nominations blocked in some fashion under just Obama than in the combined history of nominations by all presidents before him.
-
At least the 44th President's administration vetted people before nominating. Nobel prize winners were blocked for no good reason; meanwhile you're complaining that someone hardly qualified (even that's a stretch) to lead the VA isn't just being ushered through?!?
-
As a veteran it is my expectation that nominees to run the 2nd largest dept in the govt, the one responsible for caring for vets not just be rubber-stamped, but is run through the wringer to ensure at least a minimum level of competency to do the job especially considering past1/

Nominees who were put through in bipartisan votes and the atrocities that have occurred under their "leadership". Let's wait and let #45 put forth a serious contender for very important post shall we?

45 doesn’t know any competent people just thugs

The Congress referred Eric Holder for criminal prosecution and you're worried about
@realDonaldTrump nominees? Confirm@potus people now. -
If the exact same thing had occurred under current leadership the issue at play them wouldn't have even appeared in the public eye. Only because he was associated with Obama did it become an issue. R-pres w/ R-congress would have been swept under the rug.

Trump's nominees deserve the same treatment Obama's minions got, Comrade ChuckYou. Please stop obstructing the nation's business.pic.twitter.com/tge4XSZVYf

If you mean like Merrick Garland then I agree. Otherwise, lol.
-
Or 8 years of obstruction for Obama

Very well, then do your job without resisting and obstruction.
