After a decade of cuts to prgms that help the middle class, we now have a dramatic reversal. Funding for education, infrastructure, fighting drug abuse, & @NIH will all, for the first time in years, get very significant increases & keep us on track to support American families.

The programs are great. Not raising the revenue necessary to pay for them is irresponsible. Injecting an expanding economy with a trillion dollar stimulus is just plain nuts.

Depends on whether it's targeted in such a way that allows households to reduce their private bank debt.....

Good luck with significantly increasing family earnings - which hasn’t happened since Clinton - or decreasing college tuition relative to earnings.

Clinton's family earnings was driven by an increase in private debt & the dot com bubble. Clinton created a public sector surplus while running trade deficits. So, households went into deficit:pic.twitter.com/ov0y6OXTyD

2/. I agree that most government spending isn't reaching households & Trump's tax cuts that went overwhelmingly to the top of the economy won't help households out because the top of the economy "invests" in already existing assets, not new production.

Oh that's right, I'm racist. Google the ethnicity of my surname you idiot. Mi Abuelo came here, became a citizen, fought for this country, and assimilated to his new home. Asking immigrants to follow procedure and obey the law is racist to you I guess.

You don't have to be white to be a racist. Your surname and ethnicity don't exempt you from racial bias. Your words and actions define you. What makes you a racist is Ignorantly insinuating Dreamers are moochers wjo take food stamps and don't contribute back to our society.

How about life experience, that mean anything to you? I know a lot of people who fall under the umbrella of DACA. I'm related to several of them, and guess what? Some of them are lazy, useless, and unmotivated. That's who my hurtful (I guess) comments are aimed at. Use your head.

I absolutely agree. This conversation started in response to a Tweet about everyone getting some pork but not Dreamers. He was cracking wise and I cracked wise back at him and now he's not happy about it. Guess you shouldn't comment in public if you're that sensitive.
