Well, Trump is President so...

Exactly. Trump is president. Not King, so...Trump has to follow the law (he’s the “law & order candidate,” right). Presidents don’t get to ignore the parts of a law that they don’t like. This is likely to end up in court.
-
Hypocritical unless you said the same about Obama’s illegal executive orders. I’m guessing you didn’t.
-
Before you brand people as hypocrites, please identify a few of Obama’s Executive Orders that you consider to be “illegal”, and the statutory or case law grounds for your argument. Note that the Twitterverse identifies the law prohibiting Trump’s attempt to install Mulvaney.
-
Oh good grief. Do your own homework. PS Trump is President.

-
Sophisticated response.
-
Trump is still your President.
-
And? What does that have to do w/this discussion? He must follow law-doesn’t rule by edict. His decision has been challenged. The request for a restraining order agst
@POTUS & Mulvaney to prevent them from blocking Leandra English has just been filed! http://assets.documentcloud.org/documents/4310 … - 6 more replies

Since inauguration, Trump has flaunted his disregard for rule of law, truth, roles and limitations of branches of gov.t, checks and balances, rule of succession and credibility of U.S. Courts, media and intelligence.
-
And he has done it all WITH NO CONSEQUENCES. This must end.
-
At some point sane & moderate Rs need 2 be approached by Ds in the Sen. there's must be consequences. he shits on everything. No ethics no honesty no intelligence. He just defies & breaks more rules. He's insane. Ds gotta reach out to R house members. Do something Do anything.
-
There is an insufficient number of sane and moderate GOP in Congress to change GOP policy or force consequences on POTUS. Fortunately, there have been enough to stop repeal &replace in the Senate.
-
Finding a moderate
@GOP is like trying to find a Waldo in the Where's Waldo Game while being blind & fall down drunk with blurred vision. -
I was a moderate Republican. Now I'm a Democrat. A Moderate and Republican combination is near to extinction. Sen. Susan Collins is one-which explains why she is always one of 3 no votes.

Mulvaney will abolish CFPB just like: Pruitt has abolished EPA; Tillerson has abolished DOS; and DeVos has tried to destroy DOE.
-
Bingo, that’s the idea
-
Sessions is destroying DOJ. Who else? Oh, yeah, Carson is screwing up HUD, & we know all about Mnuchin, Zinke & Price.

The 30 something year old judge who has never tried a case. That one lady who couldn’t even answer one question during her confirmation hearing, not Betsy, this one was worse. Lol.
-
The “judge” is a “ ghost hunter”, after work hours. Serious.
-
But more importantly, he married well, apparently. Wife is WH Counsel's Chief of Staff. She has inside scoop. Knows all the right people.

-
The nepotism in this administration is astounding
