Talk is cheap, start with definitive actions. Please and thank you

Waiting for your list of constructive actions for
@SenSasse to take. He's stood up many times, and not just via an anonomous twitter account. -
What do you consider "stood up"? He's done just as much as an anonymous Twitter account at this point, and except that he is one of only 100 people in the US that are members of the Senate.
-
What do you think Senators do? Just curious. He could introduce legislation that won't go anywhere. Would that make you feel better?
-
It sure would.
-
Ok. That's weird.
-
Why is that weird? Put pressure on the president in the form of bills on his desk. With the number of conservatives that have come out against the tariffs, they could pass something darn near unanimously. What do you think checks and balances are?
-
I dunno man. What you're suggesting sounds too much like his job.

So, you gonna do anything about it beyond this tweet?
-
I’m sure he’ll furrow his brows and look concerned too.

@SenSasse Looking forward to seeing you introduce a bill in the Senate to overturn this.https://twitter.com/SenSasse/status/1002210624372379650 … -
Don’t hold your breath. He’s all talk.

You could actually do something about it in Congress, you know. Congress has the power to pass laws to overturn these tariffs. It would send a boost of confidence to the markets and to our allies. The inability to rein Trump in is why the GOP is going to lose control of Congress.
-
But then he’d have to put the COUNTRY before himself and his party. Crazy talk.

Then maybe you and congress should do something about it. You know, try to stop another great depression.
-
But that might mean reevaluating their
#TaxScam that is blowing up our debt even more. They are hardly the party of fiscal responsibility that they claim to be. They only want everyone else to be fiscally responsible while they sell us out to line their own pockets. No integrity.
