With all due respect, are you sure the charges against Sen. Franken are legitimate? There seems to be indication that he has been targeted politically. Why not have ethics investigation instead of kangaroo court?
Sen. Franken has said that he will be making an announcement about his political future tomorrow. The right thing is for him to resign.
