That's funny. I didn't hear Sen. Paul worry about the deficit when he voted to give $1 trillion in tax breaks to the top 1% & large corporations. Yes. We should provide the working class with $2,000 a month during the pandemic like Canada did & repeal the tax breaks for the rich.

The tax cut you're referring to dropped corporate tax rates to point competitive with other countries--bringing tax revenue back in to the country that has been used to benefit every American through better schools, infrastructure, etc. USA isn't Canada and never should be.

“Correction”...I am the working class in Canada, I didn’t get $2000.00 per month...that was offered to persons who lost their employment due to Covi-D but those of us who are still stuck in a weak economy working at barely above minimum wage...are barely earning that at work...

And we are still losing out as hyper-inflation is setting in...This whole pandemic response has been disastrous and ill-conceived from the first place...surprisingly since so much of it has been prepared for beforehand... ;(

Governor, trillion isn't a real number. You meant billion. When you say trillion, you may as well say bazillion. Embarrassing that you are running a state.
