Bernie, I love ya. But I investigate insurance claims for a living and I can tell you right now that 7 deaths in 5 years isn't bad when you consider the amount of employees they have. There are other companies worth much more scrutiny.

-
Not good enough. Bet those deaths stemmed from some aapect of the working envirinment? "Cost of doing business" won't matter to you if it is your loved one.
-
"Cost of doing business" should never equal a life. But OSHA stats report many companies and industries at 10+ deaths per 100k employees. Safer conditions are worth fighting for, but that fight should start with the worst offenders and not the ones with the most name recognition.

India has about 17% of the world's population and they get 20% of EB GCs (7% initial allocation + all remainings). Yet they think it's not fair and they want all of it.

Bernie, you know that is an outright lie - the most dangerous place to work is for the DNC where you can be mysteriously shot or thrown out of a 6 story window without any warning at all. remember Seth R?
-
Seth Rogen is alive and well. Leave him out of this.

I'm all for safe working conditions but you attacking Amazon is doing Trumps work for him from the "left"
-
Actually trump kinda has a point with his attack but for the wrong reason.Amazon doesnt pay much in taxes. And they dont pay their workers a living wage
-
Amazon is the poster child of the problems we have with wealth inequality: The lack of ROI for corporate welfare in terms of jobs Low wage precariate jobs that require workers to get public benefits Using public infrastructure to support private wealth Robotization of jobs

The conclusion that "... Amazon warehouses are one of the most dangerous places to work" isnt sufficiently supported by your evidence. 7 workers since 2013 lacks clarity. What is the ratio compared to total workers? What other warehouses is this compared?
-
You're speaking to your base here. Democrats are more convinced by fact and number. I'm not sure you'll build a claim by using emotionally driven framing, especially with unwhole data.
-
Hmm, unless perhaps the tactic is to try and sway emotionally driven votes to the Democratic party.

You should tour the facilities yourself as well. Amazon specifically said you haven’t in their response letter.

-
Lol I use Twitter for news and tech YouTubers. Just a lame person not a bot.
-
I hope you at least got your 50$ gift card
-
Amazon takes safety seriously. Whenever any amazon FC has a fatal/loss-of-limb accident every FC is given the report. Then they have safety meetings which is followed by a course refresher that is given to the associates.
-
Are you going to get 2 gifts cards for the this?
